Privacy Policy

1. Overview
OneSecondClick ("OneSecondClick," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at onesecondclick.com (the "Site") and provides operational intelligence and automation services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to the practices described here.
We aim to collect only the information we need to operate, deliver, and improve the Services, and to communicate with people who reach out to us.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
We collect information you give us directly, such as when you book a strategy meeting, start a subscription, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, company name, role, details about your operational needs, and any messages or files you choose to share with us.
Payment information
When you purchase a subscription or project, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number or security code on our systems. We may receive limited billing details such as your name, billing contact, the last digits of your card, and transaction status.
Scheduling information
When you book a meeting through our scheduling provider (Cal.com), that provider collects the details you submit to schedule the call, such as your name, email, and selected time.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and the dates and times of requests. This information helps us keep the Site secure and reliable.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule and conduct strategy meetings.
- To provide, deliver, and manage the Services and your subscription.
- To process payments and maintain billing records.
- To communicate with you about your account, projects, and service updates.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site and Services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law (such as the EU/UK GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver Services you request), our legitimate interests (to operate and secure the Site and communicate with you), your consent (where requested), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Services:
- With service providers who process information on our behalf (for example, payment, scheduling, hosting, and infrastructure providers) under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of OneSecondClick, our clients, or others.
- In connection with a business transition, such as a merger, financing, or transfer of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Third-party services we use
The Site and Services rely on the following third parties, each of which has its own privacy practices:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cal.com — meeting scheduling.
- Google Fonts — web fonts served when you load the Site.
- Content-delivery networks — to serve scripts and assets that power the Site.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers to understand how they handle your information.
7. Client project data
When we build automation pipelines for clients, we may be given access to systems, credentials, or data in order to design and deploy those systems. We treat this information as confidential, use it only to deliver the engagement, and aim to build systems that move data securely into your own environment rather than retaining it ourselves. Specific handling terms for a project may be set out in a separate agreement with the client.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — such as encryption in transit, access controls, and secure third-party providers — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond appropriately to any incident.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights, or ask us not to contact you, by emailing info@onesecondclick.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
11. Cookies & tracking
The Site uses minimal cookies and similar technologies, primarily where they are necessary for the Site and embedded tools (such as the scheduling widget) to function. We do not use the Site for cross-site advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect certain features.
12. Children's privacy
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. International data transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps intended to ensure it remains protected consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the Site or Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
15. Contact us
If you have questions or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your information, contact us at info@onesecondclick.com.
